IRMOS deployed cost-efficient, plug-and-play sensors on three Port Authority assets — zero calibration, zero downtime — to benchmark each structure's real behaviour against its assessed behaviour without any long-term installation. Using our proprietary database, the assets were ranked against others of the same typological class, giving a clear, data-led picture of structural integrity across the portfolio. This rapid behaviour verification lets engineers avoid premature replacement of structurally sound assets while ensuring at-risk ones are reinforced when needed — turning maintenance budgets into evidence-based decisions.
